I bought 2 vehicles from this company in Oct 2023, I started to have issues with my Chevy on Jan 17 2024. They were of no help. We have been through the wringer with this company having to sign loan documents x3 because of screw ups on their part. I got hung up on by Donna in service Dept, Mark Anthony and Mike Smith are of no help when it comes to helping their customers. They want to keep turning a deaf ear and passing the call on to someone else. Kathy the manager in service said they can not work on Chevy's or even look to see what could be wrong with it. They told me to tow it from Knoxville TN to Chesapeake. After going through multiple phone calls we were told they were not going to do anything and that I need to find a Chevy dealer because no one was taking appointments. I found one wishing 5 minutes of looking. These people and their customer service is trash. We are an active duty family and to be treated in this manner as if no one cares is crazy to me. Not good business habits. Resolution Sought I want the general manager or owner to call personally. He needs to look o we his employees and the policy's for handling customer complaints. Acknowledge that something is wrong and help try to fix the situation.

They had my car since Sept 5th blame everything on Gieco. Sandy calls stated I have good and bad news. Car is done but need to do front in alignment battery dead. They can't get in the car. My brother bought 2nd key fab with key. I just bought battery from AAA 10/20/21. The battery under 3 year warranty. Sandy said bring the battery to AAA to replace and bring back to dealership. Called AAA stated why can't they jump the battery or recharge it. They have to look at the battery in order to replace it. Sandy said her manager stated AAA can't come on there premises. They would work with accepting after market parts with Gieco. Only one tire needed to be replace. Sandy stated she can't put just one tire. Need two to match in front. I have to come out of my pocket to pay difference of $1026. Resolution Sought Let AAA look at battery road test my car for further damages. Get my car back to me ASAP Im paying rental out my pocket 257.00 since Sept. 27th unfair to me .
