Went to the store to buy a winter pool cover; told the gentleman i had a 22 ft pool. He sold me a cover and said it would hang over 4 foot. I put the cover on and it hung over 6 inches at most. It was for a 21ft pool. Went the next Saturday to trade it out for a larger cover, and they were closed for 9 days for Fall break. I had to close my pool so i ordered a cover on line. I went to the store with my receipt Saturday 10/16/2021. The clerk said i had opened box and it was not returnable. I explained i didnt know it fit untill i put it on. I told the clerk i was going to file a report with the BBB and never return to the store which i have been using for 4 years. It wasn't until i was leaving he offered me a new cover no charge. I explained i had already purchased one due to their closer. I walked out the door and he followed me to my vehicle and threw a new cover on the ground. I again explained i had already purchased one because i had to close my pool. I left the new cover laying in the parking lot. Resolution Sought Return the money for the cover I purchased. I would have traded up. But with them being closed for fall break i had to purchase a cover somewhere else.
