I completed a transaction for my minor son to sell (2) policies for an upfront payment of 20,000. Never received anything. Company ignored my request for years until I contacted Better business bureau /They are now stating they have a copy of the check but can't verify if the check has been cashed and now saying they sold my policies to a company called Sutton park capital that's stationed in Boca Raton /The attorney upon their company only communicates through email and the representatives I have had has communicated through text messages very unprofessional and I want my sons money back in his New York life account. Resolution Sought Refund my sons policy.
