Dear Business consumer Alliance, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against CBS Autobody Shop, located at 6729 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606. My recent experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and alarming, and I believe it warrants your immediate attention. A few years ago, I had my car's front bumper painted at CBS Autobody Shop. The work was presented as being under warranty, with claims that the bodywork and paint were guaranteed. However, just a few years later, the paint began peeling off, which is completely unacceptable for a service that should have been performed with care and quality. When I returned to the shop to address this issue, expecting them to honor their warranty, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior. FARSHID and his two sons, who I believe are either new business owners or partners, along with several of their friends, verbally attacked me and hit me on my chest. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and they used foul language and inappropriate words during the encounter. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. I had previously communicated with Saied, an employee at CBS Autobody Shop, who was always well-behaved and professional. Unfortunately, Saied was not Resolution Sought Take care of the car by fixing it free of charge and apologies for inappropriate words used against me
