We hired this company to replace all our screens. The bill was $838. They installed them but there were gaps all over. We called no less than 8 times to get answering service. All we wanted was for them to come with more clips to secure the screens to close the gaps. One screen is badly warped as well. They promised to come one time and never showed up. I called several times again asking for help to no avail. I left a message to say I would report them to BBB if I didn't hear in a week which was months after trying to get them out. So, I am now reporting them I want my money back or my screens fixed. Resolution Sought Money back or replace warped screen and put clips to close gaps so bugs don't get in on the others.
