I am on short term disability and my last 2 checks are no where to be found. I've asked my case manager to see if they have been cashed or not. I asked for her help to set up direct deposit but I still haven't herd back from. I'm about to get kicked out of home and my case manager just doesn't give a s***. I need her help If my checks are lost I need new checks. Resolution Sought I need to know if my checks have been cashed or they are lost in the mail. I need to have direct deposit set up on my account.
