The claims made in this complaint are false. Our school has one, if not the highest, pass rate in the state of Indiana at 99. This does not mean every student passed their skills test on their first but 99 of students who enrolled and went through our program left with a Class A CDL. Most schools' average pass rate is anywhere from 65 to 90. We are more than adequately staffed and have more than enough trucks and trailers to properly train students. Secondly, this student started the course and then stopped coming and we had no response from her after trying to reach her multiple times. She did not withdraw the course so we still had her enrolled. Despite getting no response, we still issued a partial refund on 12/6/23. So we already made the refund that was already owed.

Customer Rebuttal

I did withdraw from the course I told the instructor that day when I left that I would not be returning. I was so infuriated by the five failures in one day and the lack of communication with another culture I definitely did not want to come back because I felt they could be accommodated and they were not. I called Accelrated Loans and let them know that I would not be returning and please do not disperse the money to the school because the school was very faulty and it was not equipped with proper instructors, nor was the yard to clean yard, and last but not least the School inside was filthy and nasty and dirt on the keyboards as well as in the trucks mud. I had to ask an instructor to show me a pre-trip which I wasn’t supposed to do the yard because I already had my class a permit. I did do the pre-trip on one of the trucks and the other instructors were sitting inside another truck when I asked where they all were . Never met instructors except one the only black guy out there was the only guy that seem to be instructing and that was the only one out there they let a guy get in a truck and drive without his permit because his dad drives trucks he drove with a Mexican girl witho

Ms. Beauford, we did not get any request from you to withdraw from the course. We tried to call you many times to get a hold of you to see what was going on. You didn't answer any of our calls and after a couple of weeks we had to dismiss you under the Attendance Policy for lack of attendance. We issued a partial refund, according to the terms of the loan, to Accelerate Indiana. As far as the other things you mentioned in your post, like I said we have a 99 pass rate and all of our trucks and trailers are DOT inspection passed. And we have never let a student drive/train in our school without all the required documents, included a Commercial Learners Permit. Our instructors have multiple years of over-the-road driving experience. I'm extremely confident that if you had stuck with the course then you would've had your Class A CDL license at the end of it.
