I ordered online on January the 2nd 2025 silicone dentures which came out to $17.93 have not received my merchandise and company does not want to refund me emails that I keep getting says that the order has been complete if I wish to buy item again I could do so I have not received my merchandise And today is Wednesday January the 22nd 2025 I emailed them several times it's been more than 10 times that I've emailed them and now they're saying that order is on its way but the tracking has not moved since January the 2nd 2025 how was order it completed on the 2nd of January 2025 when that's the same day that I ordered my merchandise and on my receipt it doesn't show cedar and ash it shows pines and wood and has a different date that I purchase since January the 3rd 2025 and then on the 17th of January 2025 I had a charge of $29 that cedar and ash try to charge to my bank account without my authority but was declined from cedar and ash. I also canceled that debit card where they try to pull out some money from we're just going back and forth with emails and getting nowhere I believe that this is a scam, please help with this order my bank tells me that I have to confront cedar and ash first and to dispute it it's going to be a while before I get my refund money Resolution Sought Either give me my merchandise that I ordered or refund me it is not right it is not fair that I have to go through this cuz I live on a monthly government check because I am disabled I am 76 year old male and all I wanted was my silicone dentures
