We have been in two rooms here. 1st room was # 6 the toilet backed up into the shower when brought to management attention they said your gonna have to plunge the toilet and shower to get it down. We were made to do it as they refused. We were handed a plunger and that was the extent of it. We got moved to room number 8 where we pay 850.00 a month only to have a mouse in bed with us within the 1st three nights of being in the room. When brought to management attention they told us they didn't have mouse traps and that we would have to buy them. We bought them but to no avail they didn't really work as it is well past just catching one or two. Our food has been ruined multiple times and never been replaced. The roof leaks right next to the bed when it rains and when it was brought to their attention they said oh a tree fell on the roof a few months ago. The only thing that was done was the tree was removed from the roof no damage was repaired. The bathroom floor is soft and moves when you walk on it due to the sink leaking we were told that after Everytime we used the sink we needed to empty the Tupperware bowl under the sink. They said the part has arrived but they haven't put it in to fix it and they wanted my fiance to mark it to where it needed to be cut to fit and they would cut it so he could replace it. We aren't plumbers and don't know how to do that so it remains unfixed and the water damage is so bad in the bathroom that there is now an infestation of drain flies. Resolution Sought Refund and the problems addressed as it is so much more than what I could fit in the description box also I have pictures for evidence.
