Company Response

Company states; Hello Michelle, My name is Tony, I am the bowling center manager at Cedarvale Lanes. We received a complaint about you being overcharged for the 2hr unlimited bowling. I was curious on why you were charged for 2hrs at 10:45pm on Aug 4th. The conclusion I came to was that you and another person were joining 3 other ppl that were currently bowling the 2hr unlimited bowling. How our system works if someone is joining a lane that is doing the 2hr bowling that's the price that gets rung in as vs being added to a lane who's playing by game. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Unfortunately, I cannot refund money back to your card since it has already been charged and we have no way of doing that with our credit card system. What I can do is I can give you a $30 gift certificate, and it is good in the bowling alley or the restaurant. I can either have it at the desk or I can also mail to you. Again, I apologize for you being overcharged and thank you for letting me know so I can talk to the person that was working that evening. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Thank you. Tony Bowling Center Manager
