Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I sent my husband's ring back for repair over a month ago. I've reached out via email, their website, telephone and Etsy. I have received no response. I've had contact with them in the past for repairs and this time they are just not returning my messages If they didn't get the ring for repair I have to try and get it back. Resolution Sought Return calls, messages, and emails.
