Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Having a problem with Morg. Co expediting funds for Hurricane repairs in timely manner. Roofing company I hired almost cancelled because they had not received any monies for a deposit. I called mortgage. Co. At least five times and was on hold each time for 30 to 40 minutes with no results Their slow responses almost cost me more damage to the roof of my house due to weather. I want them to expedite claims services In a quicker manner so that I don't lose my house to lack of repairs because of lack of funds from mortgage company. Dealing with them has been a nightmare for this elderly woman . Please help me!!!! Resolution Sought Process my claim requests for funds to repair my house from a Hurricane that happened almost five months ago!

Still not getting any monies or responses in a timely manner. Still waiting for someone to help me fix my house before I die! I need the money they are holding as companies will not do any work with a deposit. And idk not have money . Mortgage company is pathetic to customers who need help!!!
