Sunday Afternoon I went to get my phone fixed by this CPR Cell Phone Repair Kiosk. When he was charging me I asked the guy who had repaired my phone if I had some type of insurance he said yes but just for a few days. Monday I noticed a slight crack which I believed to be the screen protector. So I decided to go Tuesday because that's when I had time to go. Tuesday Morning I go to the kiosk and the man helping me this time isn't the same who had fixed my phone on Sunday. I tell him hi I came on Sunday to fix my screen but I think my screen protector is cracked. He tells me. Oh its actually your phone and not the screen protector. I was really confused because I know for a fact I didn't once drop my phone on Sunday -Tuesday. Then he proceeds to tell me that he can fix it but I have to pay for it. I asked him why? He then basically accuses me of lying about dropping my phone and damaging it. He wasn't the person who fixed it so he has no clue the condition of the phone was prior to what he saw . He was becoming really unprofessional and started raising his voice so I asked for a managers phone number. Apparently he owned the kiosk. I didn't want to argue anymore so I asked for my phone back and I walked away. I left a review where I shared what happened and he responds to me very unprofessionally calling me a liar and ignorant. As a customer I don't deserve to be treated this way. I spent my hard earned money on this service and expect a good result. Resolution Sought I Honestly Think That The Person in This Kiosk Fashion Valley Mall Should take a class on how to treat customers. The CPR Cell Phone Repair Should be ran by someone who has a degree and has managed a business before . I called another branch to get help and they were basically just like the owner of this Kiosk no help. They told me they couldn't do anything because they were a franchise. They need to do that or just go out of business.
