Employees should talk to there customers with respect and not suspicion.

I was paying the balance my mother's cellphone bill which was 13.99 .the 1st time I did it..transaction was declined. I then put more funds on my card and the transaction went through but never was applied to my mother's bill. So I had to call cricket and spend another 10.00 to reconnect her phone I then call Cell pay for refund. 1st off the lady was rude thinking I was lying so she hung up on me..I then call back n she asked for an transaction ID which at the time I couldn't find. She then searched by my bank card # . Claim she still couldn't see it. Thank God I found the email with the transaction ID because she was acting like she didn't see the payment. But once I found the email, now she see's the payment. I'm pretty sure she seen it the whole time but wasn't going to refund me it unless I had that ID#..I'm sure she would have kept my lil 13.99 sad..
