I ordered 4 pairs of leggings from an ad on Facebook. They promised compression. They were soft and flimsy and offered no compression and were way too large. It was a tedious process to return them. You can only email customer service. I had to take a picture of the merchandise and email that first. Then I had to box it with a shipping label and email that picture. Then I had to email them the date it would arrive. It arrived on October 9th and I have waited over a month for my refund! Customer service is now ghosting me. This company does not honor their return policy, has horrible customer service and has stolen my money. Resolution Sought I would like my money back and try to prevent other customers from making a mistake by buying from this company.
