I was a former customer this year and I just recently sold my home, I want to file an official complaint for the payoff amount that you all received and did not disburse the overage to me. Instead you applied it to a forbearance that had already been paid off on the 8th of august in two amounts one in the amount of 8,330.67 and 2,740.53 both of these payments came to the amount of 11, 071 the exact amount of my forbearance. At the time of my closing my principal balance was 148,398.04 so there should have been NO ABSOLUTE REASON that you all took another 11,000 from me that was not owed to you and listed it under "miscellaneous" if this payment is not refunded to me immediately I will be seeking immediate Legal action which I have already started with the FDIC as well as the Federal Reserve.I request a FULL refund of the overage funds from my home closing. Resolution Sought Refund me every last penny of the money they stole from the closing of my home.

Cenlar has been a nightmare to me from the screwed up transfer from RoundPoint now they are harassing me on late payments n debt collecting I have paid three early payments two to RoundPoint n one to them now they have locked me out if paying my November 2022 payment after they were told after 70 Secure messages one rep finally did his job and realized I didn't have my account number in the mobile app correctly, once it was fixed the payment for Oct was posted on 9/22/22, but now they are harassing me with letters and locking me out - I did nothing wrong here they have screwed me up since the transfer I didn't deserve this I made all three payments early my loan started payments 8/1/22 all three payments were before 9/22/22 I didn't ask for this bank n I don't want to deal with them anymore. Resolution Sought There job.
