I signed up to take the national clinical mental health exam and submitted paperwork a month before the window of time closed on 10/31/22. I had many good reasons supported by documentation of why I need an extension on that window of time. After numerous phone calls and emails no one will respond to give me any answer about the extension. I'm a single parent and can't afford to pay another $300 for an exam and I don't understand why they have something in place for extenuating circumstances and then refuse to respond. I have read many negative reviews on this business from other people who say the same things about not getting any responses and them not following through on things promised. Resolution Sought Extend my window of time to take the exam or give me a refund of my $300.
