I enrolled in this company when it was still called centerdon now has changed to Haviland group, I had 3 creditors which centerdon took over and I paid about 250 a month , back in 2018 I came into money and was able to call centerdon and ask for my balance which I paid if full $10,000+ and yet no creditor had been paid, finally in 2020 1 creditor settled, and then 9-10 month later another settled ( all for ALLOT LESS THEN I HAD PAID) My last creditor per centerdon "would not return calls and never sent a letter to my home which i have lived at for 30+ yrs) I just got the run around I finally called the creditor and explained who was very helpful and gave me to the collection group who I paid over the phone that day and had a confirmation number. I contacted centerdon to update and was told my account would be closed in 90 days THAT WAS JULY 2021, today is February AND NOTHING!! I double paid one creditor and was told bc I made a complaint with the BBB my account was being reviewed by their lawyers, NOT ILLEGAL TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A COMPANY WHO IS NOT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Numerous calls/emails and no return calls or emails I have contacted my attorney general and Delaware attorney general bc they have a complaint against the company I will write the BBB and any other agency to complain about the unlawful acts of this company! I should have a refund of over $5,000 funny they can take your money and not give it back even when you OVER PAY!!! Resolution Sought My money back that is owed to me, I over paid in 2018 and nothing back even after you would not pay the last creditor i did even though i paid you to. !
