My monthly bill for April was $90.57. I extended 5 extra days because I was moving. My bill for the 5 day extension was $96.63. I called Center Point to ask why my bill for 5 days was more than the 30 days for April. They could not tell me the reason. Resolution Sought Explain to me why a bill for 5 days was more than the bill for 30 days?

Company states; The second bill that went out with 5 additional days of service only had additional new charges of $6.06. The $96.63 included the previous bill of $90.57 (included charges from 3/27/23 - 4/26/23 and the additional $6.06 (included charges from 4/26/23 - 5/1/23). The $96.63 was not for only 5 days of service. I have provided the bill copies for your review (upon request). The $96.63 has been paid by the customer.

They don't want to come lit the pilot For my furnace. No gas coming out of furnace to lite the pilot lite. To get heat. Something needs to be done about this. This can not be the only gas company in Dayton Ohio. This is not fair. Resolution Sought Come out and come in the house and find out why we can't lit the pilot lights too get the heat on.
