I would like to see this company out of business and every supervisor that I spoke to fired for incompetence

I am an American with disabilities I suffer from diabetes I've been trying to get diabetic needles since April from centerwell Pharmacy a division of Humana I've been on the phone with them everyday since last week to have needles sent to me overnight due to the fact I have not had insulin in 8 days matter of fact I had to boil dirty needles today to take a shot of insulin because my body was about to crash everyday I speak to a supervisor from Humana and Center well and every day I am told that my needles will be overnight to me at no cost yesterday I spoke to a gentleman named Sebastian is a supervisor from Center wealth Pharmacy he assured me that my needles would have been overnighted to me and gave me a confirmation number 5188 50819 I just got off the phone with you Manor and Center will Pharmacy and my needles have not even been sent out they're telling me I have to wait another 5 to 10 days before I can receive these needles therefore I would like to file a complaint about this company if they are doing it to me they're doing it to other people they are messing with people's lives now and medication and medical supplies that we need to survive it's called life support without insulin I can go into a diabetic coma if I inject myself with a dirty needle because it's single-use only it's against recommendations from this so-called Center well pharmacy technicians that I can get sick from it I would like to file a complaint and I would like somebody to do something
