Went to the Centinela Hospital emergency room in Inglewood California around 2 o'clock in the morning for severe chest congestion and vomiting. There was only three people in the waiting room no one in the check-in counter to help.. when I stood there for a good 30 minutes finally somebody attended me to tell me where to go and what to do but she was extremely unprofessional and very rude about it. Every hospital I've ever attended I've never seen such chaos just waiting in the waiting room in this particular emergency room/hospital. Very unclean, unprofessional, plus very rude Staff and doctors.. I went to the waiting room to triage to another waiting room. While I am sitting in the seat in the quote unquote second waiting room, I get to hear about everybody's medical issues and medical information. so the hospital does not believe in patient confidentiality!! A lot of complaints from the doctors about patients with the nurses joining in. A patient went in for a broken arm the doctor did not x-ray it. She told them there's nothing wrong with her - yelled at them that they would not leave until they sign their release papers and left the wristband behind. While I'm dealing with the mess inside the hospital my husband is waiting in our vehicle in the emergency parking lot- five men try to rob him and security did nothing. After being there for five hours and not being attended to at all I just left. Resolution Sought Get new staff or educate them. Clean the hospital! sanitize it! take care of the criminals who hang around the hospital who harass patients! There's literally a cop car in front of the emergency room but not doing his job! security does not care about their job at all- all they did was stay on their phone and get mad if somebody asked him a question.
