Billing problems.I called telling them about the bill and the discrepancies. They were rude and would not explain anything. I paid $475 for 2 months. A bit steep. Resolution Sought Look at my bill and compare with my neighbors bill. Please make adjustments.

The payment of $469 consisted of 9/13 bill - $165.14, $25 NSF charge, 10/12 bill - $198.13 and an $80 charge due to a disconnect. The amount charged is based on the amount of water that has went through the meter. The usage at this address is extremely high due to a plumbing leak issue. High water usage results in high bill. The amount assessed for sewer is based on the average water bill usage from October to March. Because there was a leak during this time, the average went to 15. This means that each month the sewer portion will be a flat amount based on this average until the next evaluation period. We are unable to compare your usage to your neighbors because everyone is liable for what is used through their specific meter. Please make sure all repairs are made to reduce the amount of water you are charged each month. This is all necessary because it impacts sewer. The next evaluation period will be Oct. 2021 to March April 2022. In May a new average will be calculated. If there is still a leak it will cause the average to spike even higher resulting in a higher flat amount for 12 months when the next evaluation occurs. Please submit a repair statement once your repairs are completed. We will review the account for a possible adjustment on one high reading.
