On 06/18/21, Hyundai dealership never presented me with a contract to review, I financed my leased vehicle. Hyundai put in a loan for an excessive amount 16.556 the buyout quote was 11.485. They did so without my permission, I signed a blank practice screen and they copied and paste my signature on a contract. i came into dealership on 6/21 requesting copy of contract, breakdown they refused on this day. Had a meeting on 06/25 with manager received copy on contract, they stalled me until the loan was processed. I have been a loyal customer for 5 yrs 3rd vehicle. I was told practice sign on blank screen. I called bank to void or amend loan there response was dealership had to void. dealership says bank had to cancel contract. They also provided a fake odometer reading to raise equity in vehicle. They are trying to charge more than the vehicle is worth. Hyundai copy and paste my signature over documents. The vehicle buyout quote from Hyundai motor finance is 11.484. Because i had no paperwork had to contact hmfsu to get the buyout quote. I paid 12.000 over three yrs on lease and was still in contract with hmfsu until 07/01/21. 12.000 +16.556 for a used Hyundai with mileage 25.995. They took there job they do everyday and swindled and over charge for a vehicle that is only work 11.485. Resolution Sought To have loan amended voided.
