I took my car for an oil change and was charged $304.99. I was told that my oil change would be $69.99 when I called to make my appointment. I told them I had an extended warranty (which I was lied to about when I purchased my vehicle there). They never explained to me that they chatting look at my problem…. No explanation that there would be a charge then presented this bill to me. I have been lied to about them going to have service department call me….. still no phone call after a week. I was lied to, misled and treated badly. I am requesting a refund for services that were not explained to me. My family has traded with them since the 1960's and this is what I got. Resolution Sought Refund me for not explaining they were going to charge me and for lying to me when I purchased my car about an extended warranty then telling me I never had one.
