I am on a budget billing plan. I have paid the $316.00 that I am budgeted for. I received a bill for $1750.56 for a single month. When calling the business for an explanation, there really was none. Other than them failing to charge the appropriate amount monthly, so this was an "adjustment". This bill should not be this high. There have been no changes in our electrical consumption, and we have even made greener energy options in our home (energy efficient well pump, energy efficient pellet stove, etc). I believe they are charging me inappropriately. Resolution Sought The bill adjusted, more than triple the amount I am billed monthly is obscene.
