Central maine motors auto group collision center has had my truck for a month plus now for simple bumper repair I was told should be done in a couple days to a week, meanwhile rental fees are coming out of pocket. They didn't look at truck for 4 days after I dropped it off for scheduled repair. I had an estimate done ahead of time they literally took 3 pics and never brought it into shop to look at and did not order proper parts. I've got all the excuse tech not in wrong parts. ( multiple times) or we'll call you back with no response. I've now had to make two vehicle payments this month and paid for one I have not had. Resolution Sought Cover all enterprise rental fees and fix vechile properly asap. This month plus timeframe is unacceptable when repair is previously scheduled.
