I was told I could schedule a payment for June 11. 2021. They took out my payment June 1 2021. Of course it bounced. They won't refund me. Will shut power off in 3 days. The rep told me if I paid by the 11th we were ok. Won't reverse payment. They are horrible. They need to get their act together. Very upset. If calls are recorded. They should listen to the recording. Resolution Sought Pay me back. I was told one thing. They did another. Very upset
