We originally signed a contract with central mobile home for a manufactured double wide home. Shortly after We received a call from central mobile homes owner Kenneth Kinney and was told that Aruba RV park was not zoned for double wides. You would've thought he knew that before he sold us the house. We talked about several options available to us. Kenny then told us that he could get Jacobsen Homes to build us a park model. We question the time frame it would take to complete a special order since Jacobsen no longer manufactures park model homes and he said three weeks. Then we asked him how long after it was built would we possibly move in and he said about two months. Well his three weeks turned into being four months before the house was built and delivered to our site and it has now been over three months and we're still not moved in. Numerous calls have been made since this nightmare begins with no callbacks, and lies. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and this has cost us in rentals and storage fees about $13,400. It is financially killing us. All we need completed is the air condition installed, skirting around the park model and the application for a certificate of occupancy Resolution Sought We want Our house completed so we can move in!!!!
