We purchased a mobile home while we were in ky in August. We paid cash which was our first mistake. Now that we are in Florida our trailer was set on our lot sept 23. As of now we are not able to stay in it because we have no electric. We have called the lady we bought from and she has told us numerous times the inspector was coming today but he never shows she constantly lies and as of now nov 15 we still have no electric. I have a bathroom sink that doesn't work and nobody to fix it. Please tell me where I can get help. I paid 93000 dollars for this home and can't stay there. I'm at the end of my rope. I can't take anymore. I know if I had financed it everything would be done or they don't get paid. What can I do? She tells us they are waiting on somebody but they never come. We had to pay 3800 to put the electric in 6000 to set it up of which has not been done. She tells us the guy setting it up left after he got our money. I think that would be illegal looks like he would have to come back and finish it. We have skirting missing all around the trailer and nobody to put it up so it can't pass final inspection until that's done. We can't get electric until it's final inspection is done. I do hope you can help me. I don't know where else to turn. I just hate spending that much money and not able to live in our house. I'm sure you have had complaints on this company because when we tried to get an electrician they all said they would not work for this company. Resolution Sought I would like to have electric before the winter is over. I would like to have what I paid so much for. And have the water fixed in my bathroom sink. It was set up sept 23 today nov 15. Does that tell you how we have been done. Please please HELP!!!!
