I witnessed the bus cut thro the parking lot. Pull a wide turn and almost hit an old women and food truck parked.

About 1230 07/9/2019 a bus driving in the new Hartford shopping center. Nearly hit a food truck and old women ordering food. I witnessed the bus cut thro the parking lot. Pull a wide turn and almost hit an old women and food truck parked. Im not sure how they train their drivers but cutting thro lanes of traffic and almost hitting the elderly. Might not be a cdl certified driving maneuver. I would like the company to formally reprimand the driver. They have cameras on those buses they can see which one it was given the time and date to go from
