I have to pre authorize a claim before I can get work done to my vehicle. All numbers have went to hold, except one. A lady answered and said to hold. They say to use the website. The site says that I cannot make a claim on there, to call. I feel like I am getting the run around! A reputable company sold me the agreement, I am at a loss on how to get the vehicle fixed or how to go about making a claim from here. I Finally spoke to someone. They asked me to hold. After 10 or so minutes, they claim that I am not covered for what I had told them. I went through my contract with him. He said that his boss said that wasn't covered. I mentioned a fuel pump and he said that it would be, but the mechanic has to call and make the claim. I asked if there was an extension for me to call back. He said that he didn't have one. I asked how I could contact someone if the repair shop couldn't. He gave me yet another number for the claims department. I will talk to my mechanic, but I don't know if he will be able to get any further than I did. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for not only being ignored, but also my time on the phone all day, as I had to take a whole day off from work to try to reach someone.
