I bought a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country From century motors in New Jersey. Only having my car 7 months major problems started happening. My engine went out while driving on 95 I had my car towed to century motors. I have a 200000 mile warranty Or two years. Told them it was my motor They told me they would check it out I have a $100 deductible. So I get my car towed. They had my car for a couple weeks I had to call a few times to see if it was done. So I get ahold of somebody and they tell me my car is done. I asked on the phone was my car drivable And was my car overheating they told me it was drivable and not overheating. When I get there I sign paperwork then had the wrong spelled name and they told me to still sign it not a big deal. Then I go get my car look at my car start driving and about 10-15 minutes after driving my Car Meter goes up It was about to run outside pull over. I called century motor back total my car was about to run hot Daylight safety fixed it which they did not. Had to get 2 tow trucks to tow back to Delaware. Had my car looked at By another shot which they told me my head gaskets were blown. So century motors took my money for my deductible did not fix what they were supposed to fix and let me drive off with the blown head gasket. After finding this out I called them back And they told me I could take my car elsewhere. They did not fix my car they made it worse By not fixing it. Resolution Sought I would like for them To do what they should have done and fixed my car. I owe a lot of money on this car and the car is falling apart already. Or they can take it back and keep the 6000 I put down on it.
