I notified CWP in March of 2022 that I was giving up my lease at 2301 Ocean Ave Santa Monica unit 105. After many attempts they have refused to return deposit or send me a letter or communication as to why I have not received back. Resolution Sought Help me get my deposit back.

I have looked into this. The current tenant of the apartment unit that was formerly occupied by the complainant was supposed to have forwarded the $757 deposit to complainant upon taking over the lease, but I am just finding out this never happened. We can get a check cut and sent to the complainant but need an address to send it to. Can you please provide me with that?
