I was out of work for couple months so i paid bills i could on time some got paid late. I noticed on my internet bill the late fee is more then then actual billed amount my service is $ 65 a month and I understand paying a late fee but $ 75 late is outrageous . Our phones do not work and our internet is down. I was given a time frame 8am to 5pm, technician came out then left not fixing anything. Customer service said they didn't know why it should be fixed by 7pm it was not. I was emailing customer service again and they said they would be out on the 28th of March yet it was the 23rd. Emailed another customer service on the 24th they said it would be resolved by 7pm it was not and no one came out. We have had a horrible experience with customer service and service in general. Century link knows they can do what ever they want because they are the only ones you serve this area. Resolution Sought Fix my internet and phones, be honest and up front and stop being dishonest.
