Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Tried to initiate the service in November 2024and it never worked. Tried to contact them; contact info wasn't valid. Used my Apple Pay account so after the first charge if 0.99 and nothing able to contact them, just kept money out of my Apple Pay account. Finally, this month I contacted Apple and reported it and thought it was resolved and started using my apple pay account again. They charged again on yesterday and took $19.99 out. Found out on line they had scammed other people. Resolution Sought My $19.99 back and for the company to stop charging my account.

I signed up for the 99 cent trial, then canceled minutes later. I did NOT sign up for the 4-week full subscription. They still charged my PayPal $19.99 so I contacted their help email. They refuse to refund the $19.99. Resolution Sought I want my 19.99 refunded
