I send my truck out to they place to get my transmission rebuilt but instead they told me they couldn't fix it cuz the parts was to expensive 1,900 plus new parts in labor so they suggested I get a low mile transmission they had under 65,000 miles driven that will fit my truck so I agree and once I got it back it wasn't even two days my truck was doing the same thing I send it back three times no change at all I call them again they took they sweet time picking up for me I tryna get in touch with them for about a month than they finally answer for me got my truck in call me two days late saying it was some else they charge me additional 1000 saying it was my fuse box I look under my hood everything was the same once I got it back this last time driving to work the next day the truck start hesitating in won't go past 30 miles per hour I just was so upset had to get the truck tow home call them two days no answer I feel like my money was just took from me with no work done so depress taking Uber everyday since June 25 2023 I just had to make a complaint the place was 1 hour 40 every time I went to Check the truck it was alway just sitting in the back I feel lost used and played Resolution Sought For all this trouble I going through I want new transmission or my money back every dime
