Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On October 2021 I end up in the emergency at Hackensack bill # 3000598101 because emergy med send me to get a cancan of my head ,I was at the emergency for 4half hours and was not taking care off. I then reach out to certified credit & collection acct#3000598101 on 5/3/2022 spoke with Ruby & Mariseli I was told that the bill was cut in half the letter will take 2 weeks. I then waited and no letter received .I call them on 5/30 no answer call few times at the same day never pick up the phone they keep hanging off also 6/1 and 6/2 I spoke to Mariseli and was told it to late for the offer that they have giving me . I let them know that how can I paid for something that I even didn't get a letter to make sure it was not a scam. They didn't want to hear anymore or the hospital ether I didn't get a chance to pay the half of the bill because I never received it. Please help . Resolution Sought Have them give me the offer was promise on 5/3/2022 half of the bill $742.00
