Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Company quoted a reasonable cost to clean wool area rug @$350. When technician came to take rug q stated the cost would be $980. Customer requested cancellation of the cleaning but a deposit of $490. Would not be refunded. THIS IS MY EMAIL TO CGT ON SAME DAY AS PICKUP I want to ensure my cancellation of the cleaning of the rug Ben picked up today is being processed and the payment my husband paid will be refunded. I will pay your pick up expenses , but will pick it up at your facility & bring it home. When I called your company inquiring about your services, I gave the measurement and reported that it was wool. Your representative gave a quote of $350, which I agreed to. I was not home when Ben arrived but I I returned shortly after he left. My husband was told that due to it being wool, it would have to be hand washed and the cost would be $950 v. $350. He was caught unaware of any of the details & agreed to a deposit of $400+. It was a stretch to agree to pay the $350 as the rug is not worth that. $950 is wildly absurd. I am putting this in writing as I was told the production manager would be calling me, but I did not hear from him.
