I agreed to a total cost of $24,486.27 for a 2022 Nissan Sentry used car that was stated to be inspected with a 120 point inspection system. I had negotiated with the salesman Sergio as well a financial department Rich and manager of car dealership Val that the total cost of 24,486.27. Will include 10 year warranty/ 100 mile warranty (and years worth of maintenance). I agreed for the cost of 24,486.27 INCLUDING THE WARRANTY. After several hours of trying to add on hidden fees, the car dealership management finally agreed on the total cost of 24,486.27, Which was written on a slip of paper They said they will transfer the same info onto the official registration papers and gave it to me to sign. I signed with the understanding that they had, as they themselves stated, transferred the info previously agreed to. It was 10:45 p.m. and I went to get my belongings ready into the car. I was going to come back into the office to receive the final documentation and registration and warranty papers when the salesman handed it to me outside while I was in the car. I looked it over in the car to make sure all the info was copied over correctly. I noticed right away that they had changed the total of 12,897.27. I went back to the office to find out what was going on, but everyone was gone besides for the salesman who couldn't help. Resolution Sought Give refund and return car.
