Purchased brake pads about a month or two ago , and I'll be up front the staff is on point and helpful however I lost my receipt and paid with a credit card , and very politely asked if I could switch them for VW pads and pay any difference if needed, and the gentleman at the counter replied he could not help me I'm not sure I know of any auto parts in town that treats customers that way it would be greatly appreciated if this could be resolved. Resolution Sought Let me exchange the pads for the ones I need!

I apologized to him and told him we would exchange or refund his purchase even if he does not have a receipt. He told me he would stop by before the end of the week and he was very thankful.
