Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Signed up for an online course for learners permit. Paid $40 and change for the test and screen froze up immediately on the website. Ended up paying it again thinking we did something wrong but when my son completed the test and passed it the website froze again. We have tried reaching out to the company for one week and Wait hours for someone to pick up the phone. The recording says someone will be with you within 10 minutes, but no one ever picks up the phone and we have waited it out for more than two hours to see if anyone was going to pick up. It also says to email any concerns or questions, but there is no response for that either. I went to the business located at 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 570 and no one is there either. It says on the door it's run by a remote office. So now they have my $80 and we do not have his certificate of completion for his learners permit test. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this? Apparently there were other people there for the same complaint, trying to get their money back with no response. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of our money for paying for the two courses that we were not able to get a certificate for.
