I am writing to formally file a complaint and dispute regarding a payment in the amount of $4,500.00 made to CG Cosmetic Surgery, located in Miami, Florida. This payment was made on [Insert Payment Date] using my [Credit Card Type] ending in [Last 4 Digits]. The surgery coordinator at CG Cosmetic Surgery, Johanna Arzola, assured me multiple times before the payment that the quoted price of $4,500 included a breast lift with implants, and that this promotional rate would be honored for one full year. I relied on this representation when I booked travel from New York to Miami and paid in full. However, when I arrived at the clinic on May 8, 2025, for my pre-surgical orientation, I was informed that the procedure only included a breast lift without implants, and that the promotional price had allegedly expired. This directly contradicted all prior verbal assurances and discussions I had with Johanna. She also fai Resolution Sought Full refund

I have iron problem and l can't make any proced in clinic , only hospital.I go do check cosmétic to do bbl . They make me pay before they have all blood work ready . After they cancel because my blood, and l still don't have my money back. Tha place it's dangerous for people Resolution Sought Give my full amont money back
