I have contacted the surgeon office over a month ago in reference to a return of my deposit. At which they were agreeable to write me a check for the refund and would notify me once it was ready within a week. It has been a month without any update or communication. I have all email conversations. Resolution Sought Assist with getting my refund back in a more timely manner.
