Their online ordering was messed up for days. Finally, I was able to order, it went through, but turns out they closed for the day and left their ordering up. They still haven't refunded my money and refuse to contact me. Resolution Sought Refund my money and be respectful.

The customer placed an online order and we were closed. The system accepted her order. This happened on 5/30/2021, we had been open for 2 whole weeks & the system we were still learning the new system. Customer called the next day we were open for business 6-2-21. She was given the order she placed FREE & her order that was placed on line was refunded. Customer was advised her $17.22 was refunded.
