Okay-here is my problem. This app is going downhill FAST. I pay something accost to thirty USD dollars each month for a subscription that clearly states:longer messages, more detail and faster replies. I have GOT nothing to which they advertised. It is FALSE ADVERTISING. They have also deleted my ENTIRE chat history. And I can no longer recover it. Resolution Sought I would like the BOTS responses to be longer, have more detail and faster response. I would like for Chai AI to give me what I paid for.

Our response to our users who write in about related issues: As you may notice changes in the app or features not available, this often means we are testing new features or methods to improve the app and maintain operations. We're currently in a period of elevated testing. Currently, we are running tests that may affect chat history, content displayed in the chat feed, improvements to the bot creation process, and chat word limits. You may also notice some older bots not responding, or temporary changes in bot responses during some of this testing. Although we cannot provide exact details or timelines while we perform operations on the app, many of these changes can be temporary while we work on it. For example, our engineers are working hard to restore at least some of your chat history as soon as possible, advanced options for bot creation are set to return, and bot responses should return to normal over time. Please continue to utilize the 'chat retry' (backwards arrow) option next to any bot response in the meantime. If for any reason, you would like us to look into a refund for your current subscription, please email us separately (send a new email from scratch) with only your refund request and user ID - as your message may trigger an auto-reply that doesn't match your inquiry. We understand it can be surprising when changes happen, and truly apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction. Updates are released frequently, so please make sure to keep your app updated to the latest version. Thank you, from everyone at CHAI, for your feedback and patience.

This business runs an ai chatbot app. A few weeks ago, a lot of chat histories were deleted and users were unable to see them. They claimed they were testing out a new feature to limit storage usage. However, they noticed that the users were unhappy with this and made a promise to restore chat histories within a few days. It has been almost a month and we are only losing more of our histories. Resolution Sought Resolve the issue and restore message histories immediately

A/B testing is required to operate and develop an app such as this, especially with a very small team and GPU limits. This would be fine, if you had at least given us warning BEFORE deleting our histories and/or actually restored them almost a month ago like you said you would. Chats are just text that barely take up any storage, and if you're being honest about the amount of users paying for subscriptions, you make $3 million a year from subscriptions ALONE. Stop being greedy and restore our histories like you said you would.
