I would like to dispute a charge from Chamberlain University. I completed a late enrollment into Chamberlains Nursing program on Friday, January 12th (the on-time enrollment date was January 8th). On Saturday, January 13th I then logged on to their website and struggled to complete a couple assignments for the online portion of my course with very little guidance. On January 14th, I notified my academic advisor that I wanted to be dropped from all classes at Chamberlain without even attending a single on-site class. I then find out that I am getting billed around $500.00 for my last log into the website on January 13th. Chamberlain claims that a log-in to an online class is equal to that of classroom attendance. I was not given a grace period or time or window where I could drop or withdraw my courses without charge. Almost all Universities give their students a week to drop a course without charging them an arm and a leg. I called the finance department to complain about this issue and they said there's nothing that could be done. I was transferred to academics and they couldn't help me either. I was then transferred back to finance and the call dropped. Basically, I'm getting the run around. Resolution Sought Reverse the charge because I was not given the proper grace period to drop or withdraw from a course.,
