I purchased a 2011 Chevy sierra in November didn't have it a month started leaking water looked under it and the frame was rotted out I asked for my down payment back so I could go elsewhere said they could do it, kinda forcing me to get a different vehicle they tried to put me in a Ford escape which was definitely a piece of junk then they put me in a 2010 Chevy traverse which I have had nothing but trouble with since getting it I want my $600 down payment back and to get out of this piece of junk I'm suffering from cancer and can't be breaking down I don't even want to deal with these people they do nothing but lie and take advantage of people. Resolution Sought Want my down payment back and giving them this vehicle back.

I financed a vehicle from the on November 26 2022. I have had issues with the car every month since I have had it, In March 2023 I had to get the transmission done!! Since then I still have had issues.. I tried to get them to give me another vehicle but they refused!! I have only had the car for 8 months and now the motors is gone!! I feel like I was sold a lemon and they won't take the car back!! I Resolution Sought I want them to void the contract
