I had new windows installed in January of this year. They measured several times before they made the windows. The installers were very rude and didn't treat my belongings with care. I work from home and explained this to them. They spoke loud Spanish and one even had his phone on speaker and yelled over the nose he was making in Spanish to the other person on the phone. I have left numerous messages explaining that there are cold breezes coming through the windows and inside my house is colder than outside. I probably left 10 messages and no one returned my call. I finally got hold of a number and the person returned my call. He came yesterday and said that all the bottom windows they are not pulling the windows in tight, when I lock them. He put in an order to have all the bottom sashes replaced. After he left I got a message from Champion telling me, my order has been placed. Don't call us, we will call you when they are ready. They could not give me an estimate on how long it will be. I have a special needs adult daughter living with me, I am a senior citizen and I have several animals. How are we supposed to live in this house, during the winter months? This electricity will be very expensive and that is one reason I agreed to replace my windows. I asked the guy about the best number to call, when I have problems or concerns and he told me the one I called, it's a call center and in the 2 months he had worked for this company, he had received Resolution Sought Immediate repair of my windows. Put a stop on my loan for the windows until they are replaced because I am not sure how I'm to pay for the high electric bill plus the loan on my limited income.
