I paid for windows on my home in March of 2021 and I've gotten nothing but the runaround and lies about my installation every since. They are rude and vary unprofessional and are charging me 30 to cancel and I do not feel that that is right at all. I've tried canceling and a man named Dan said my time starts over and they would take 30 since they already started making the new windows that I also stated I did not want started until I new the timeframe on the rush order because they pulled up to my home in a moving truck and said all three prior measurements were wrong and the installer couldn't install the windows he CLAIMS were in the back of a Penske truck. I just want my money back without having to pay 30 because I don't feel I owe them anything at this point. Resolution Sought I just want all my money back so I can use another company because I NEED windows on my home as soon as possible due to high electricity bills and mold. Thanks
