Champion Windows & Home Exteriors complaints

The company is located in Cincinnati, Ohio but the job done on our home is in Lexington, Kentucky. I tried to put the amount in of sunroom, it will not let me post it. We payed $22,000. The sunroom was put in two and a half years ago and we've had so many issues. Champion has been out numerous times to fix leaks, wipe down fungus we've actually had water dripping from the ceiling and splatting on the tables and floor, The tracks from the windows do not drain correctly so PUDDLES of water end up in different areas. They've sent different boys out at different times and they have just been rude or not knowing what they're doing. They have been out in the spring, summer, winter, and fall. Cannot go out of town, if going to rain, afraid we'll come back to much damage. Way too much to tell in this frame. I can give you all the examples by phone but not able to put on here. The boys are rude and obnoxious. If the owner knew all they have done and said he would not put up with it. Mold and algae still growing. Water still being trapped in the tracks, mold growing on our wood furniture and lampshades are ruined. Cannot breathe good air. My husband had open heart surgery and spent over a week in intensive care. He cannot sit out there. Mold, algae that Champion refuses to wipe up. Boys smoke, refuse mask & booties over work shoes. Done with Champion. Excuses, no answers. Resolution Sought I would like 50 of our money back so can hire a local builder to fix Champions mistakes. One boy said, "when it will rains hard, you have to expect water in your home." DIRECT QUOTE I will not accept that! Or, they can hire a professional cleaning service to come in once a month as long as we live here to clean down the walls, frames, ceilings the mold and algae that grows continuously. I purchased windows from Camille Saleh with Champion Windows after he come to my house February 5, 2021. At the time he brought a big box of display things to show me how my windows would be sound proof and all weather proof, not letting heat or cold in using a temp gun to show me how they work. After I got the windows installed and the installers did the worse job you could imagine I called champion and asked for a refund for all the windows and asked them to take them out and I would purchase someplace else. I installers damaged my paint around windows got putty on my carpet and left a mess everywhere. They told my they don't do refunds they only 100 percent guarantee they will fix anything wrong with them. They sent out the man that had a heavy smell of smoke on him to put my blinds back up and he about ripped a shelf out of my wall leaning. He couldn't even do what he was told to do. I called multiple times with no action and nothing fixed. Again today 12/27/2021 I again had a person come look at my windows because of the noise I can hear from traffic and was told I wouldn't be able to hear with their wonderful windows. I was scheduled to 3:00p.m. They guy shows up at 9am saying that is what he was scheduled to check a whistle noise check with is so far from the truth. I would just like my money back so I can have windows installed that wont make my house colder and actually do what they should do. there were so many problems with the whole thing to list them a Resolution Sought Give my money back so I can get windows that work and keep cold and heat and noise out as I was told these would do but don't. Also have a company do it that will actually take pride in their product and fix their mistakes. Don't sell me something and give me something else!
